Clove (Lawang) is one of the spices which has many health benefits and used as an ingredient in Indian foods. A simple tea made out of clove has many benefits .

How to prepare clove tea

Ingredients required

  • Clove - 10gms 
  • Water - 150 ml
  • Honey - 1 table spoon

How to prepare

  • Allow the water to boil 
  • Add cloves and let it boil for few minutes in moderate heat
  • Strain the tea and mix it with honey
  • Sip it hot
