Few tips to reduce weight

  1. Drink atleast 2 liters of water everyday
  2. Intake food with iron content. Lemon Juice , Lassi , Jal Jeera, vegetable juices are good. Stop alcohol intake.
  3. Intake fresh fruits and vegetables.
  4. Eat only when you are hungry . Dont starve !
  5. Soups are good
  6. Eat slowly. Make sure you chew the food properly
  7. Instead of taking heavy meals 3 times a day, you can intake at regular intervals
  8. Exercise regularly
  9. Avoid fat contents in non veg meals. Cook chicken by removing the fleshy region.
