Few tips to reduce weight
- Drink atleast 2 liters of water everyday
- Intake food with iron content. Lemon Juice , Lassi , Jal Jeera, vegetable juices are good. Stop alcohol intake.
- Intake fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Eat only when you are hungry . Dont starve !
- Soups are good
- Eat slowly. Make sure you chew the food properly
- Instead of taking heavy meals 3 times a day, you can intake at regular intervals
- Exercise regularly
- Avoid fat contents in non veg meals. Cook chicken by removing the fleshy region.
